Mission Statement
Founded in 2005, Waller Assistance & Restoration Ministries provides short term emergency financial assistance (rent, utilities, and non-narcotic medications) to people in need within the Waller Independent School District as well as food, clothing and information and referral services. WARM's eligibility for emergency financial assistance is based upon the Federal Poverty Guidelines. WARM serves the entire 328 square mile area of Waller County and portions of Northwest Harris County and its 32,000 population. WARM operates a Food Pantry and also manages a Thrift Store to support organization operations.
