April 7, 2015 Dear Sir or Madam, In 2014, the Chicago Dental Society Foundation (CDSF) provided free dental treatment to over 350 individuals in Chicagoland who had no other access to dental care. These individuals came to the Foundation in tremendous need and were given the ability to smile again. “I’m a two-time cancer survivor…and I walked in here with tears streaming down my face because I had horrendous pain. What they’re doing for me, I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am. You can help the CDSF ensure the delivery of vital oral healthcare to our community by making a donation to our Fall 2015 Wine & Roses Fundraiser which will be held in October in downtown Chicago. We are looking to collect donated items to be raffled to CDS member dentists and community supporters who will attend this event. All funds will support the programs of the Chicago Dental Society Foundation.
