Mission Statement

Operation DREAM provides holistic support and developmental opportunities for young men and their families. Mentoring by successful individuals from the same communities helps them survive and thrive by instilling the grit, determination and resilience needed to overcome circumstances beyond their control. Operation DREAM puts this mission into action through the Operation DREAM program on Saturdays, DREAM to Achieve tutoring hosted after school hours at the Holton Youth + Family Center and on Sundays at the University School of Milwaukee (USM), Operation Work program which provides mentoring and employment training for teens, as well as summer fun and team sports.
