Mission Statement

The Hooligan Foundation strives to provide services and emergency funding to veterans, service members, and their families in their greatest hour of need. Funding has been used to secure emergency housing, short term housing to avoid homelessness, to cover unexpected funeral expenses, cover unforeseen financial hardships experienced by families of deployed personnel, and many other hardships. The foundation is aligned with the 119th Wing in Fargo ND, the Happy Hooligans.
