Mission Statement

Global Post Traumatic Stress Injury Foundation’s (“Global PTSI foundation”) mission is to facilitate access to an innovative biological treatment for Veterans and all others who have faced traumatic experiences and are suffering from post-traumatic stress injuries. Global PTSI Foundation is an organization with a focus on real solutions for real psychological problems facing large populations such as military personnel, first responders, victims of crimes as well as children exposed to trauma. Global PTSI Foundation is committed to bring solutions to PTSI (previously known as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder [PTSD]) sufferers. The need for effective and safe treatment for PTSI cannot be overstated with 22 veterans taking their lives daily and 259 million suffering from PTSI globally, the acute need is clear. Our Chief Medical Officer, Eugene Lipov MD, was the first to employ an anesthetic injection in the neck called Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) for rapid resolution of the majority of PTSI symptoms. His findings have been replicated in four military institutions (Walter Reed, Tripler, San Diego Naval Hospital, Long Beach California VA). Over 4,000 SGB’s have been performed with over 70% success rate. The impact on people’s lives has been remarkable, from marked reduction of psychiatric medications to saving people from suicides. Global PTSI Foundation’S focus is on the 1.3 million diagnosed US Veterans as well as the GLOBAL EPIDEMIC of Veterans and Civilians suffering from PTSI, by promoting the best methods for treatment with a projected marked impact on the patients and society.
