Mission Statement
Punching Out Parkinson’s is dedicated to making a significant and positive difference in the physical and mental wellbeing of PD patients. Punching Out Parkinson's (POP) began September of 2011 at "Two-Time World Champ" Paulie Ayala's gym, The University of Hard Knocks (UHK), in Fort Worth, Texas. Paulie has been in the sport of boxing for over 25 years. With his experience and compassion for the sport he has dedicated his time and expertise in designing a regimen for the many people who suffer from Parkinson's.
