DURHAM BALLET THEATRE

The purpose of Legacy Repertory Company is to provide a training company and public performance opportunities for dancers, singers and actors of all ages who wish to go on to have professional careers in the field of the performing arts, extend their careers or have a secondary career in the profession of the performing arts. Legacy Repertory Company’s objective is to promote and increase accessibility to the performing arts by providing educational lecture/demonstrations for the public, by giving free performances for members of our community who might not otherwise have the means or opportunity to attend a performance and by directly engaging in and providing facilities for others to engage in the promotion of the arts. Legacy Repertory Company is open to all ages, ethnicities, abilities and levels of accomplishment in the arts. Scholarships are available for those who wish to train and perform in dance, voice or acting and do not have the means. Legacy Repertory Company does not discriminate on the basis of age, citizenship, color, disability, gender identity or expression, race, religion, creed, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or status as a disabled veteran or veteran of any war era.
