OUR MISSION The Orange County Sheriff Foundation Inc. (OCSF) is a 501c3 nonprofit agency. OCSF was formed to bring together charitable donors, community leaders and nonprofit organizations in support of, and to encourage, non-tax based philanthropic efforts for the benefit of Orange County Sheriff's Office Deputies, employees and their families and innovations in crime fighting, all with the goal of enhancing Sheriff's Office services and to enhance the quality of life by reducing crime and the fear of crime throughout Orange County.
