INLAND EMPIRE FUTURE LEADERS PROGRAM
Mission Statement
Our mission is to create informed, competent, confident, ethical leaders committed to improving life for all. This involves a process of education and mentoring, a process that includes constant encouragement and connection to role models. We are guided by the premise that "It is easier to build children than to repair adults."Therefore, we begin at 8th and 9th grade, an age at which we can still strongly contribute to the development of a good self-concept, pride in heritage, and belief in one's own potential. Most of all, it is an age at which we can plant the seeds and skills that lead to graduation from high school, college enrollment, and commitment to leadership and community service.
