Mission Statement

The outing raises funds for college scholarships for Michigan public school students who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and contributions to their community and school. The MEA Scholarship Fund has provided more than $893,000 in college scholarships since 1997. Last year, we received 426 applications for the MEA Scholarship. This event was able to raise more than $24,000 in 2023!
