ROTARY HEALTHY YOUTH FOUNDATION
Mission Statement
The Fridley-Columbia Heights Rotary have formed lengthy partnerships with local schools, civic leaders, churches, and other service organizations to help those in need during times of peace and times of conflict. We remain dedicated to fostering understanding, supporting those in need, and building communities where goodwill, fairness, and hope can flourish even in difficult times. Rotary stands for the dignity and safety of every member of our communities. In light of recent immigration enforcement activity in the Fridley & Columbia Heights area that has caused fear, pain, and division, we are reminded how essential it is to lead with our core values — especially during moments of tension. Rotary’s Four-Way Test asks of the things we think, say, and do: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned? These principles guide how Rotarians approach conflict and community challenges. They call us to listen carefully, speak responsibly, and seek solutions that uphold human dignity while strengthening trust.
