Acappellago offers audiences a diverse range of a cappella music, both familiar and unfamiliar, while providing opportunities for amateur and semi-professional singers to showcase their talents and work within the setting of an ensemble. Whether performing music from the renaissance, classical, romantic or modern era, the ensemble aims to entertain and educate their audiences through a demonstrated knowledge of the music, the highest attainable performance practices and offering interesting and concise information about the composers. Acappellago also strives the community by performing for local events and senior centers and works with schools to advance arts education.
