Mission Statement

STABLE Texas provides trauma-informed, equine-assisted wellness retreats for women healing from trauma and PTSD. Through groundwork with horses, led by PATH-certified specialists and grounded in somatic, body-based healing practices, we create a safe, supportive sanctuary where women can regulate their nervous systems, rebuild trust in themselves and others, and restore their sense of wholeness. Our retreats are offered on a sliding-scale and scholarship basis.
