Ayers Communications, Inc., is a nonprofit organization providing innovative approaches to effectively implement strategies for communicating beneficial information to families, and inner city youth in Fort Wayne. Our novel approaches are fun and creative utilizing performing arts, sports, and communication skills building. Fun and creative programs provide enriching experiences that teach discipline, resilience, and encourage youth to realize their full potential. It is an astonishing fact that many of the valuable resources and services available for people in the community are not being fully utilized by families and individuals who most need these services and resources. We want to be one of the entities to help make the resources obtainable all in one location at least once a year for the people in the community. This day of community fellowship may be the day someone needs some help while they face a personal challenge or a career challenges. In all aspects of a successful society, adequate communication is essential.
