Mission Statement
Founded in 2013 by type 1 diabetes leader Kelly Close, The diaTribe Foundation’s mission is to improve the lives of people with diabetes and advocate for action. We educate and align stakeholders to address the growing needs of people with diabetes. We are dedicated to bringing people with diabetes to the conversation on regulatory issues, connecting the field and the diabetes community, and changing the narrative around diabetes.
