GABBY KRAUSE FOUNDATION
Mission Statement
Deliver a Bag of Fun to every sick child whose health and happiness is both compromised and threatened. The Gabby Krause Foundation is in Denver, Colorado. We are having our largest Fundraiser of the year on October 1st at Wings Over the Rockies. It is our 12th Annual Silent Auction called “Bring out the Bags” and we need the most awesome items to make this auction a success, we love to have the support from you and your team of a bike for our auction. It would be an honor to have you donate to The Gabby Krause Foundation. Our 501-3C tax ID is #47-0946567. This years auction is appropriately named “Bring out the Bags”. The Gabby Krause Foundation provides a “Bag of Fun” to children in the hospital for a long term and fighting for their lives, to feel like a kid and be able to play in their environment. Each special backpack has a retail value up to $500.00. A qualified nurse picks out everything, based on his or her physical abilities, for each personal backpack and fills it to the brim with items that would enhance a childs' Power of Play at the hospital. Currently, Bags of Fun works with The Children's Hospital in Colorado and Rocky Mountain Children’s Hospital in Colorado, hoping to expand to other regional areas with growth of the foundations. Currently over 425 BAGS are delivered this year!!! Far to many to believe, but each bag has made a difference. We are hoping that you will be able to donate to this wonderful organization so we can continue to give and create play and happy times to those children who are in the hospital and who need to be children during such a hard time in life. Thank you for your consideration. Please donate to this wonderful organization that aims to help heal kids with the power of play.
