The mission of the UP foundation is to empower young people to reach their Unlimited Potential. Our primary focus is to provide “wrap around” support services to young people experiencing mental health issues and substance use disorders. Recognizing that 90% of all addictions begin in adolescence, we also place considerable emphasis on mentoring and prevention efforts to support youth who are at risk.
