Mission Statement
TRAIN was founded in December 2014 and received their rescue license with the state of IL in February 2015. Since then we’ve rescued many animals from high intake shelters in the Midwest. We are a very small foster based organization in Peoria, IL. We are always looking for foster homes in our area. Those willing to open their homes, for an indefinite period of time, to keep our animals safe and loved while they go through any medical treatment they require and until they are adopted into their forever homes.
