: The FSHNGSA Symposium is the annual graduate student research symposium organized by the Food Science & Human Nutrition (FSHN) graduate students in the FSHN department at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). The event will be held on June 20, 2017 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM in the Monsanto Room and Heritage Room in the Funk ACES library. The program showcases the innovative Food Science and Human Nutrition research at the UIUC during oral and poster competition sessions.
