PELICAN ENERGY FOUNDATION

Pelican Energy Consultants LLC founded the Stewardship Committee in January 2013. The Stewardship Committee was charged with creating opportunities for team members to experience the gift of giving their time, treasures and talent. For the past, three years, the Committee has engaged both the company and its employees in various fundraisers to give back to the community and to address the extraordinary needs of fellow employees. The Stewardship committee has been a large part of Pelican’s community contributions of over $150,000 for the past two years and in 2015 created Pelican Energy Foundation. The “Pelican Gala” will benefit: Tammany Trace Kid’s Town - Mandeville, LA - “Our mission is to build a place where children can be children.” Imagine a western style railroad town designed for interactive play that includes a fire station, sheriff’s office, general store and more! Pretend play is an integral part of a child’s growth and development. This type of play fosters problem solving, brain development and teaches children how to interact with others
