Mission Statement
Former US Ambassador, Peter Teeley, and a group of Washington-area businesses and professional leaders founded the Children’s Charities Foundation in 1994 based on the acute need to raise money for disadvantaged and at-risk children and youth of the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Children’s Charities Foundation supports disadvantaged and at-risk children through our fundraising efforts and direct programming.
