DC Bird Alliance is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) working to build people-powered, bird-friendly communities in all eight wards of DC. A bird-friendly community in DC is everywhere people and birds thrive. Our conservation projects, birding resources, and partnerships that make the most impact and lead to meaningful differences for the people and places in all eight wards. Empowered by our members and our shared love of birds and people, our board of directors is a dynamic team of dedicated volunteers committed to conservation, education, and advocacy leading to meaningful differences for people and for birds. DC Bird Alliance is the official chapter of the National Audubon Society in Washington, DC.
