The primary mission of the NC FFA is to enable middle and high school students’ success through 42 career development events, 47 proficiency award areas, various leadership conferences and workshops, and award recognition. Students are supervised by agricultural education teachers in cooperation with parents, employers and other adults who assist individuals in the development and achievement of educational and career goals.
