MILL CREEK TOUCHDOWN CLUB INC

Dear Community, Business or Family Leader, I am writing on behalf of the Mill Creek Touchdown Club. Our longstanding commitment is to support the Mill Creek High School Athletic Department in developing our student athletes. Working together we can create an environment where all participants, across a wide range of sports, become better competitors year after year. As our athletic programs continue to grow, and reach a larger number of students, the equipment and maintenance funds that are necessary to sustain the program, cannot solely be underwritten by Gwinnett County Schools. We are depending on the support of people like you- our community, family and friends – to maintain the integrity and quality of our program. In April, the Touchdown Club will be hosting our annual Spring Gala Fundraiser. The evening events will be held at Braselton Event Center and will include Live and Silent auctions, Dinner and Dancing. The theme for the night is “Cheers to Fifteen Years”. We will be celebrating Mill Creek’s first 15 years and looking forward to the next 15 years! While we are very proud of what our coaches and players accomplished on and off the field, the team could not have done it without the support of our community. Personal and business sponsors are welcome. A brief description of the advertising exposure and gifts we are offering to our sponsors is attached. Third, we are asking you to carefully consider a donation, of an item, or a certificate, for products or services, to be used in our auction. Mill Creek’s athletic achievements are proudly shared with the generous contributors that keep our program second to none.
