EAST BAY NSBE JR CHAPTER

NSBE Mission: to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community. The vision is to establish the Pre-College Initiative (PCI) as an incubator for our low-income, under served youth of color in grades K-12, where they and their families can receive nurturing, mentoring, and guidance in their academic careers by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and math and technology skills.
