To Whom It May Concern: I am writing today on behalf of the Future Cardiovascular Technologist Club. Our club is made up of individuals who are studying to become Cardiovascular Specialist in the field of Echocardiography and Invasive concentrations at Gwinnett Technical College. Every year we host a fundraiser to raise money for the American Heart Association. This year, our annual fundraiser will be held on October 9th 2017. I am writing to ask if you or your company would be interested in donating gift cards and/or nonperishable merchandise for us to use in our raffle. Your donation would be extremely appreciated and your company will be advertised on campus through flyers and in the raffle. Any donation would be appreciated! Last year we raised approximately 300 dollars with the raffle and bake sale we hosted on campus and are excited to try to raise that amount this year. All profits were donated directly to the American Heart Association as they will be again this year. Please Remember: All donations can be written off on your taxes!
