Mission Statement

The mission of the Oklahoma Youth Expo (OYE) is to provide educational and financial scholarship opportunities for rural and agricultural students in the state of Oklahoma. The goal is to develop a comprehensive leadership, educational and constructional organization for these youth. The OYE is the "World's Largest Junior Livestock Show," and Oklahoma's largest youth event. It has grown from a traditional livestock show to an event which attempts to reach students of all ages and provide them with scholarship, leadership an educational resources. OYE recognizes that in order for rural America to retain empowered individuals it is imperative that students be exposed to learning outside of the classroom. The Oklahoma Agricultural Leadership Encounter (OALE) is the only leadership program in the state which increases college student's knowledge base and skill sets by exploring opportunities in the industry of agriculture that will benefit our local communities, state and nation.
