Mission Statement
Dear Donor, Thank you for considering a donation of a gift certificate or other item to our auction and raffles! The Demarest PTO Spring Gala is a highly anticipated event for our community and the key fundraiser for our public school system. This year’s event will be on FRIDAY MARCH 14, 2025 at Alpine Country club. This event is one of our largest fundraising events of the year and we invite you to participate in helping make it a huge success! This special event raises funds that go directly to benefitting the children in our schools via specialty programming that funds STEM and robotics programs and adds much needed new learning equipment to our classrooms. The PTO supports resources essential for our schools including the funding of new musical equipment, updating the basketball hoops at our middle and elementary schools, author visits, the expansion of the elementary school playground, and furniture and devices such as calculators, iPads and Kindles for various grades. None of this is possible without the support of our donors and we thank you in advance for your generous donation. Not only will your donation help our community, but it will provide excellent exposure for you and your business. Our Fundraiser event attendance is anticipated to reach 300 guests where a variety of raffles will be offered and there will be a live auction with an auctioneer. We also host an online auction that runs for one week and reaches hundreds more, offering exposure to those in our community that are unable to attend the event.
