Mission Statement

To build financial support from our community and corporate partners to ensure excellence in education for all students in CISD. Funding teachers is the most tangible way we as a community can support not only our amazing teachers but all Dragon students as well. Help support Carroll ISD teachers by making a tax-deductible donation to the Carroll Education Foundation (CEF) today! CEF directly funds teachers the following 3 ways: End-of-Year Appreciation Gift for ALL Classroom Teachers: A financial gift given to EVERY classroom teacher, including Librarians, CARE, ESL and SPED teachers at the end of the school year. In 2025, teachers received $1,600! This financial gift is not in lieu of raises or support from the district, but an additional way we as the community can support our teachers. Teachers of the Year: Each campus Teacher of the Year receive a $1,000 cash award and the two district-wide Teachers of the Year receive a $5,000 cash award as a way to thank you for going above and beyond in Inspiring Excellence in our Dragons. Teacher Scholarships: Cash scholarships for Teachers and Paras who are going back to school to further their education at an accredited university.
