Mission Statement
The primary mission of The Dan Cavanagh Memorial Fund is to provide donations and increase awareness, in Dan’s memory, to The Multiple System Atrophy Coalition. In addition, the remaining proceeds will be donated to the H.O.P.E. Church of Chatsworth, IL in Dan’s name. The Dan Cavanagh Memorial Fund asks for your generous support to permit us to keep Dan’s memory alive by helping those in need.
