COMPETITIVE HARRISBURG ASSOCIATION OF MARKSMANSHIP PROGRAMS

Competitive Harrisburg Association of Marksmanship Programs is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to promote youth conservation education and marksmanship programs and to teach safe methods in sportsmen activities, in abidance with the bylaws of the host club. CHAMPs shall encourage the growth and development of exceptional marksmanship programs that complement and expand the opportunities of the competitors within those programs.
