GALS ON THE GO PROJECT
Mission Statement
To lead youth mental health prevention by empowering schools, families, and communities with proven, trusted programs that strengthen resilience, encourage early support, and foster lifelong wellbeing. We provide workshops for children ages 5–13 that combine engaging, age-appropriate activities with practical tools to help them navigate challenges such as low self-esteem, peer pressure, unhealthy relationships, bullying, and more. Our programs also support the development of emotional regulation, leadership abilities, social skills, and self-care practices, empowering young people to build resilience in the face of adversity.
