DORILL INITIATIVE INC
Mission Statement
Dorill Initiative (Dorill) is a revolutionary grassroots civic arts institution committed to unleashing the boundless potential and radical power of At-Promise Youth and Families, fueling movements that defy oppressive systems and ignite a creative uprising. Through unapologetically rigorous arts education programming, we forge Young Citizen Artists into disruptors, training them to tell their raw, authentic stories through high-caliber artistic mastery, bold academic inquiry, inquisitive technological integration, and intergenerational civic action. We are equipping the Next Generation of DoERs to not just lead, but to dismantle, rebuild, and revitalize neighborhoods as visionary change-makers who challenge the status quo and stand fiercely in the gap for creative equity and justice.
