Mission Statement
OutLoud is dedicated to amplifying youth voices and recognizing young individuals as capable changemakers, artists, and storytellers. Our mission revolves around serving youth and educators from over 30 different zip codes in the Dallas area, providing free access to arts and well-being programs at our Youth Arts Center and community sites throughout the city.
