Mission Statement
Personal Guidance 30 (PG30) is a supportive Nonprofit organization formed in southern Virginia and northeastern North Carolina by a family and teammates impacted by loss from suicide. The objective of PG30 is to provide team-minded wellness guidance to athletes of any level facing mental health struggles and personal growth challenges. PG30 aims to address and break barriers to access including stigma and availability of resources. We hope to address and improve mental and physical health through educational opportunities, supportive processing groups, open space for recreation and discussion, and connection to additional relevant resources and opportunities.
