THE CLARITY HOUSE
Mission Statement
The Madison House of the Arts was created by Carrie Robinson. She opened her home up as an art gallery in an effort to bring the community together, and successfully created a space for our community to grow, heal, and connect through art and music. Carries passion to heal using the arts has been the foundation that the Madison House was built upon, and paved the way for us to serve our communities essential needs through art and music programs. We hope to further continue and expand Carrie's vision, broadening our reach into the urban and rural community, spreading hope through the arts. The future of The Madison House revolves around using art to bring awareness and education towards mental health, and supplying mental health resources in order to bring a higher quality of life to the individuals in our community. We hope to achieve this by raising awareness for the needs of our community, and meet all diverse cultural needs and individual needs through workshops, classes, educational webinars, food and clothing drives, and more. We will offer education and resources for substance abuse, housing, domestic violence, food insecurity, single parenthood, spirituality and other needs as we see them arise in Virginia.
