RANDOLPH UNITED COUNCIL
Mission Statement
Randolph United Council’s (RUC’s) mission is to preserve, rebuild, and become a sustainable community. Founded in 2022, RUC works to create meaningful change in Randolph, Arizona’s oldest historically African American community, by honoring its history while investing in its future. Through housing development, education, health and wellness initiatives, and efforts to expand economic opportunity, RUC works to ensure Randolph remains a place where families can thrive with stability, pride, and possibility. For decades, Randolph has faced disinvestment and limited access to essential resources. RUC exists to address these challenges by listening to the community and advancing solutions that expand opportunity, improve quality of life, and support long-term sustainability. Through community-driven leadership, strategic partnerships, and resident-centered planning, RUC is restoring pride, strengthening opportunity, and building a healthier, more connected future for generations to come.
