GUITARS NOT GUNS

We provide guitars and lessons to foster kids, at risk youth and other underserved children in a classroom setting with a team of qualified instructors and mentors. The primary goal of the Guitars Not Guns® Music Program is to help prevent violence in schools and on the streets by introducing an attractive and life-changing alternative. Using music as a catalyst we encourage children and teens to use their creativity to foster personal development and to help divert them from self-destructive influences such as drugs, alcohol and gang-related activities. By providing loaned guitars and free lessons we strive to engage their creative potential and help them to achieve their dreams.
