At Madi’s Movement, our mission is to empower foster teens and aging-out young adults by providing them with the skills, resources, and mentorship necessary to build independent, successful futures. We believe that every young person deserves access to education, career opportunities, and a supportive community, regardless of the barriers they have faced. Through initiatives like our Pathways to Employment: A Career Readiness Expo, we equip foster teens and young adults with real-world workforce skills, including resume-building, interview training, professional networking, and industry exposure. Our goal is to break the cycle of unemployment, homelessness, and instability that too often follows youth aging out of the foster care system. Rooted in the values of courage, determination, persistence, and excellence, Madi’s Movement is committed to ensuring that every foster teen and young adult can step into their future with confidence, opportunity, and hope.
