The mission statement of Twin Cities Youth Sports Association ("TCYSA") is to diligently provide an association which is child-focused, promoting an atmosphere where children of Rule / Rochester / Haskell County can have pride in representing their community while having fun and learning sportsmanship through competitive games. The mission statement is not intended to be inconsistent with the non-profit purposes of TCYSA and is not an authorization, implied or express, to contravene the non-profit purposes of TCYSA, as more specifically set forth in the Articles of Incorporation of TCYSA.
