Mission Statement
Choice in Aging's mission is "to create opportunities where people can learn, grow, and age independently with dignity in community." Our goal is to prevent institutionalization by providing essential services for older adults and people with disabilities, Alzheimer's Disease, dementia, mental health needs, and other chronic conditions while offering their caregivers much-needed and deserved respite, education, and support.
