Mission Statement
The Team TJ Foundation mission provides financial assistance and fulfilling final wishes for young adults (ages 19-39) fighting cancer. These are people who, during some of their toughest moments, could benefit greatly from a gesture of support, a moment of joy, or relief from the financial stress of treatment. Donations received directly support the foundation by: • Providing financial grants to cover medical bills, living expenses, and other essential needs. • Fulfill Final Wishes that bring comfort, joy, and lasting memories to young adults in need.
